Jubilee - 10th E-LASS event to take place in Vigo, Spain

The next E-LASS (European Network for Lightweight Applications at Sea) event will be arranged in Vigo, Spain, again jointly with the RAMSSES project at AIMEN’s Technology Center. The program includes guided tours through the AIMEN Laser Application Center as well as the companies Cardama Shipyard and Galventus, a lecture series on composite materials and the presentation of two applications from the RAMSSES project. On the second day, the Maritime Advisory Group of shipping companies and shipping associations as well as other end users meet for a workshop to discuss general requirements for lightweight construction and possible solutions.
The event marks a milestone for our community as it will be our 10th E-LASS meeting and proves to be a sustainable network for the industry.
The E-LASS meeting will be followed by the RAMSSES General Assembly from June 13 to 14.
